Hello! We are Tenshi (28F) and Kami (39M), living in the Greater Cincinnati Area. We are both new to poly, but interested in exploring the lifestyle in more depth. We've been together for 5 years, we each have one biological child that we co-parent with our exes. We have no children together. In full disclosure, Tenshi and Kami are not our 'real' names, but instead a sort of 'play name'. We can share our legal names when we're all comfortable. Tenshi is the one writing this post. I'm also never really sure how to write these, so I'll do my best. It will be long, but I hope it helps you learn about who we are and if we would be a good fit for you! I'm posting this through an alternate account that I created specifically for poly reasons, mostly for anonymity reasons for ourselves and our children. With that said, we're able and willing to verify ourselves for the right person! I bring this up so any questions about why this account is new with no other post history are answered right off the bat.

Longtime lurker, first time contributor; decided I needed some world building around Hasbio. Welcoming all feedback! Chapter 1 The rain lightly lands on the windshield of your car. You sigh and lightly drum your fingers as you glance at the clock on the dash. 8:58. Well… you think to yourself, Lets do this. You exit your car and the start walking across the long parking lot towards the imposing glass building in front of you. Large letters on the front of the building announce to the parking lot where you are, Hasbio. God, if my law class could see me now you think to yourself as you take a larger step to avoid a puddle. Hasbio wasn't on your top ten list of places to work. Or even your top 20. It didn't even register as a place you could possibly be interested in. It's not that you had any moral gripe against them, Fluffies were Fluffies, nothing to it. And Hasbio is just the 'Nonsanto' of biological toys, nothing more. You just hadn't envisioned yourself as ever working for this company.
"All elevators and stairs are card access only" he says, his voice monotone, "and doors will require a combination of card and punch code to open them" "Huh… Would have thought a bio-tech company would have more bio-based security" you say, more to fill the void of silence then actually make a point. "Ha, yeah… Go figure" Frank chuckles as the elevator stops and the doors open. He takes the lead as you walk down a long hallway of doors bearing names and various acronym titles describing the people behind them. Frank pauses at a door and knocks. A voice inside calls back a muffled response and he opens the door, stepping aside so you can enter. The office is bright and spacious, with a large U shaped desk sitting in the middle. In the corner of the room you notice a large pillow with a sleeping pink fluffy resting on it. The woman behind the desk rises and extends her hand. She's middle aged and looks every bit HR. "Hello, so good to have you, please have a seat" She sounds like the default voice on my voicemail you think to yourself.
We haven't been "actively" looking for anything/anyone recently (our last attempt was sometime last year, I think) but rather being passively receptive to opportunities that may come along. This is mostly because the experience of into looking for this special someone took a harder emotional toll on me than I anticipated (rejection, being ghosted, toxic people, etc) and Kami suggested we take a break (from looking, not from each other! ) so I could focus on my health and obtaining a college certification. Unsurprisingly, organic opportunities to meet a woman interested in creating a triad have not been abundant. (Especially because we don't really go "out" often, even before the pandemic. ) So, some time has passed, I've finished my program, the elections are done - maybe if I cast a line now, someone will be interested a few months down the line? (lol). But for realsies, it just seemed like maybe putting this out in this sub will get it to the right person, even if it takes longer to do it; again, we're looking for something organic and real, not necessarily "fast".

We like to hang out together, to talk about our days, dreams, fears, and struggles. We take the stance that a relationship is work, love is work, and you have to be willing to work on the relationship in order for it to be not only sustainable but an enjoyable and rewarding experience. We've both come from abusive backgrounds and toxic relationships, so we take an active effort into building a healthy relationship with each other. We obviously still have fun, though. We like to play games together, watch shows and movies, just sit around and talk, etc. Ideally, you would slide into this dynamic with us and share our ethics on relationships. We're looking to build a real connection together. We would prefer a situation where we are exclusive to each other, but obviously we understand that is not a fair immediate request and would be further discussed when we arrive at that step. "Mistah want pway? " You loot over at the water feature and it dawns on you that it is not a water feature; what you thought was cascading water is in fact LED lights. You move over to the edge and peer in what should be the pool area. Peering back at you is a small yellow Fluffy with a large smile. "Oh! Ummm… Hello…" you stammer to the small creature "Hewwo Mistah, want pway? " the small fluffy asks, cocking its head to the side "Uhhhh no… sorry… I cant right now" you mutter. Fuck, did I just apologize to a fluffy? The fluffy doesn't seem put out. "Okay nice mistah, maybe latah" it responds as it bounds across the enclosed area to where other small fluffies are playing. You shake your head. That was… Surreal you think as you step up to the reception desk. The receptionsist glances up and mouths "One second" to you as she speaks into her headset. "Mmmmhmm… MmmmHmmm… Ok Sir, I'll connect you to Receiving, please hold. " She presses a button on the phone in front of her and raises her head to look at you.

Location isn't the *most* important thing, but we would prefer someone close enough to realistically form a physical relationship once we're at that step without the need for considerable sacrifice/cost in terms of travel. What is important to us, though, is communication. We need someone who is willing and able to carry on a conversation (that is not just sex related) and shows genuine interest in getting to know us and forming this bond. We've also been ghosted by most of the people we've talked to, so I kindly request an honest rejection/pass/exit over just disappearing. We absolutely understand just not being interested/attracted, or changing your mind, or finding someone you fit with better - we just need that heads up from you, is all.
